Finance, Accounting, Banking & Purchase – Mr. Sanjay Nemchand Dodhia

Mr. Sanjay Dodhia looks after the finance, accounting, banking & taxation matters of the Group. He is proficient in matters related to handling of material suppliers. He is also efficient in the maintaining good rapport with the material suppliers.

Finance, Accounting, Banking & Purchase – Raj Hasmukh Dodhia

Mr. Sanjay Nemchand Dodhia is very ably supported by Mr. Raj Dodhia in his overall activities. Mr. Raj H Dodhia has also qualified in Ware House Design And Management from the prestigious Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad (IIM A).

Construction – Mr. Sagar Ramniklal Gutka

The Group has always given weightage in matters related to quality & services. Accordingly the construction activity is personally supervised by one of the partner Mr. Sagar Gutka. He has a vast experience in construction of high quality standards. Mr. Sagar Gutka has also qualified in Ware House Design And Management from the prestigious Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad (IIM A).

Day to Day Office Administration & Renting of Property – Mr. Jayendra Jayantilal Patel

Mr. Jayendra Jayantilal Patel is entrusted with the responsibility of handling day to day activity and public relations. He is also responsible of finding suitable users for the property developed and recommend them right property of investors and company for renting. He also coordinates between the users & investors also looks after their maintenance complaints.

Maintenance of Complex – Shree Arihant Maintenance

When matter comes to quality and services, group has always given highest importance to it. To look after day to day complaints, maintenance of complex, roads, drainage, security services, it has created a separate and dedicated division “ Shree Arihant Maintenance”. This dedicated division is USP of our group’s “After Sales Service”.
